Who We Are

This notice explains what happens to information when you visit this website. It is short because this site collects very little.

What This Site Collects

Nothing you don't send us yourself. This website has no accounts, no shopping cart, no analytics tools, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not sell data to anyone.

Three things are worth knowing:

• Applications. The application form does not send anything to us on its own. When you press submit, it opens your own email programme with your answers filled in, addressed to us. Nothing is transmitted until you choose to send that email. What you write in it — typically your name, email address, phone number, social links, location and a short description of your goals — then reaches our inbox.
• Hosting logs. This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub's servers record technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. We do not have access to these logs in an identifiable form. See GitHub's privacy statement.
• Fonts. The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and your IP address is visible to them in the process.

Why We Use It

We use what you send us for one purpose only: to read your application, assess whether there is a fit, and reply to you. We do not add applicants to marketing lists and we do not send newsletters.

Who Sees It

Only people working for BLKRØM who need to review applications. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. The only third parties involved are the infrastructure providers named above — our website host and our email provider — who process data on our behalf.

How Long We Keep It

Applications are kept while we are considering them and for a reasonable period afterwards in case circumstances change. If you would rather we deleted your application immediately, write to us and we will do so.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, email contact@blkrom-media.com.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in Australia, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Age

This website and our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
